Summary
I’m an IT professional with a B.S. in Cybersecurity, with experience across server and network administration, systems management, and IT operations. I’ve worked extensively with Active Directory and Windows Server environments, including user and group management, policy deployment, and system maintenance. My networking experience includes configuring and managing switches, firewalls, VLANs, and wireless infrastructure, as well as troubleshooting connectivity and performance issues.
I’m comfortable handling the full lifecycle of IT systems—from planning and deployment to ongoing support and optimization. My background also includes security and filtering, device imaging and deployment, and supporting large user environments. I take a practical, hands-on approach to IT, focusing on building reliable systems and solving real-world problems efficiently.

Managed all things technology related. Managed, organized & rebuilt entire network including switches, firewall, eight different servers. Built full domain environment from the ground up including two domain controllers, DHCP servers, WDS (for remote imaging services), self-hosted phone service (FreePBX), self-service print server for employees, implemented on-site web filtering for students & staff, and much more. Additionally, handled over 5,000 tickets requiring exemplary customer service & communication skills as well as problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Acquired state & federal grants, maintained proper federal and state legal requirements, and created & updated policy and procedures for IT department.
Brian Head Resort LLC — Retail Sales Associate
Ran either the Giant Steps or Navajo retail shops. Restocked, reorganized, and cleaned the shops while providing exemplary customer support and answered questions regarding the resort at large.
Code Ninjas Summerlin — Code Sensei
Taught students how to code in Java & Python. Ran & created several class sessions where I taught particular coding and development skills on certain programs & games. Required persistence particularly because kids can be difficult. Laid off prematurely due to COVID-19 outbreak and left for college shortly thereafter on July 1st.
City of Las Vegas — Application Support Intern
Worked in application support using & learning Java. My supervisor gave me tasks specific to or relating to normal operations they would complete to ensure normal operations at the City of Las Vegas.
